Teachers and their students can spend close to 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, 187 days out of the year inside a classroom. Without proper ventilation and air purification, the air they breathe could be 2 - 5 times more polluted than outdoor air. With around 22-35+ students per classroom, germs, bacteria, viruses, and much more are brought from home and travel from class to class with each student.
As we continue towards advancing passed COVID-19 restrictions, indoor air quality is still an issue we will face on a day to day bases.
